What to Do in Tulum?
Riviera Tulum boasts a privileged location in Tulum, Quintana Roo, close to stunning natural beauties, Mayan archaeological sites, and other attractions for family enjoyment.

Beaches
Leaving Riviera Tulum, the nearest beaches are 9 minutes by car and 25 minutes by bike. These are:
Playa Maya: This is one of the most photographed beaches in Tulum, as it is one of the most beautiful. It is located a few minutes from the Tulum archaeological zone, and you can walk to it to enjoy its beautiful turquoise waters and white sand.
Playa Kin Ha: This is another one of the most beautiful beaches in Tulum. Here, you will find a hotel with the same name, so to access it, you must rent chairs for the day and purchase food and drinks.
Playa del Mirador: This is a public beach that you can access via the Tulum-Bocapaila road.
Playa Maya: This is one of the most photographed beaches in Tulum, as it is one of the most beautiful. It is located a few minutes from the Tulum archaeological zone, and you can walk to it to enjoy its beautiful turquoise waters and white sand.

Cenotes
Cenotes are amazing natural freshwater ponds supplied by underground rivers. It is estimated that there are around 2,500 of these formations throughout the Yucatán Peninsula.
They are one of the main natural attractions to visit in the Riviera Maya, as their crystal-clear and refreshing waters are ideal for swimming.
Additionally, they are surrounded by incredible nature.
Very close to Riviera Tulum, you will find the following cenotes:
Cenote Calavera: Located right in front of the entrance/exit to our Riviera Tulum development. It is known because international divers have been certified in its caves.
**Gran Cenote:** Located about 5 minutes from Riviera Tulum, it is the most famous cenote in the area. It is 10 meters deep, and the natural light that illuminates it allows you to admire the stalactite and stalagmite formations inside.
Cenote Carwash (also known as Aktun Ha): Located 8 minutes from Riviera Tulum. It is one of the most fun, as it has a wooden platform from which visitors can jump into the water.
Cenote Zacil Ha: Located 15 minutes from Riviera Tulum. It is ideal for snorkeling and diving, as it has a cavern known as “The Tears” due to its drop-shaped stalactites. This cenote is connected underground with Cenote Calavera and Cenote Carwash.

Cobá Archaeological Zone
Cobá is one of the most spectacular archaeological sites in the Riviera Maya. It is nestled in the jungle and is home to the tallest pyramid in the Maya world in Mexico.
An unmissable experience here is reaching the top of this pyramid to admire the spectacular jungle landscape that surrounds it.
Distance from Riviera Tulum: 45 minutes by car.

Xel-Há is one of the eco-tourism parks operated by Grupo Xcaret in the Riviera Maya.
Here, you can enjoy many activities in contact with nature, such as snorkeling in a natural cove and lagoon, swimming in underground rivers, zip-lining, and much more.
Distance from Riviera Tulum: 25 minutes by car.
