The location of Riviera Tulum is privileged. We are situated in the southern part of Quintana Roo, in the city of Tulum, just 45 km from Playa del Carmen and 130 km from Cancun.

Our residential lots are nestled in the jungle, surrounded by cenotes, with access to main roads from the entrance on the highway to Coba. The city center is only 5 minutes away, and the beach is a 9-minute drive.
